assume barbell bar is 35lb, dumbbell bars 2 lbs

Tuesday:
squats: 95lbs? 5, 3, 2
lunges: 12lb dumbells, 2×10 per leg
pullups: 1 set of 5 assisted, 2 real chin-ups, 3 more assisted chin-ups
bicep curls 12lb dumbells, 2×10 per leg
skullcrushers
and three others, not sure what.

Today:
front squats 75lb, 5,3,2
low row 50lb, 3×10
tricep pulldown 20lb 2×10
ball set, tuck&pike, 2×10
plie squats, bare bar, 2×10
shoulder press, 12lb dumbbells, 2×10
lat pulldown 10 with 50lb, 5,3,2 with 70lb
leg ext 10 kg
