I finished the warm socks, just in time for Rudder to take to the chilly Netherlands! Here they’re on my feet, but they’re on top of another pair of thick woollen socks. (Our apartment was freezing yesterday – it doesn’t seem to have heat after all. We were warned that a lot of them don’t, but the thermostats to have a heat setting. The weather has turned warm enough to make it – and jackets – irrelevant, anyway.)
And here’s the next project. There’s not much of it so far and even when there is it will be very simple; I just wanted to show off the Manos yarn. Pretty yarn:
