I know you wanted the #1 seat. If it looks like that won’t happen, please don’t let your disappointment prevent us from having a woman in the Vice-Presidency. Remember, we haven’t had any of those yet, either, and I’d rather not have to wait for another election.

Also, I honestly think you and Obama can do a better job together than either of you alone. You need his magnetism. He needs your drive and inside knowledge. And the US needs extraordinary capability right now to pull us out of the mess Bush is leaving behind.
