    These lists are so handy! Every time I think I’ve lead an empty life I am reminded of how much I actually have done. Aside from wistful pangs about the lack of international travel I was able to cheerfully answer, “Yup. Did that.” to almost all of the ‘experience’ ones.

    I could swear there was a full eclipse viewable here in the northeast when I was in 5th grade, I remember shadow boxes and smoked glasses and welding helmets and all the dire warnings about going blind. If I was in 5th then you were in 1st? 2nd? grade. But maybe it was just a really good partial eclipse or I was younger than remembered and you’d have been a toddler. Odd. Gotta go fact check now. ~LA
