Hey! We have the dock of the month!
You can see previous Accudock docks of the month here. Ours was not very complicated compared to some, but the permitting process was long and difficult, and the logistics of building it were tricky (e.g. no heavy equipment allowed on Army Corps land). Our architect (and now dock builder) Michael Soraci did great work getting it to reality.
It’s just lovely! The dock surface is very near the water so I’m guessing the dock rises and lowers with the water level rather than being fixed to anchoring posts at one height all the time. Either that or your lake levels are really constant. Also it just hit me after all these years to wonder about how you get in and out of your boat if it’s already in deep water. They’re hardly like camping canoes that you beach and scrape across the gravel shoving it into the water with one foot in the boat and one foot on the ground.
I wish you a good Passover and happy Easter. ~LA
